NMS and Phil. Coast Guard: Strengthening Collaboration for Training and Development

Strengthening collaboration for training and development, Norconsult Management Services Phils., Inc., represented by CDR Rodolfo T. Azanza Jr., PCGA, and the Coast Guard Liaison Affairs / Coast Guard Investigation Detection Management Service (CCGLLA/IDMS), represented by Capt. Oliver S. Tanseco, formalized their partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement on November 5, 2024, at the Coast Guard Investigation and Detection Management Service, 23rd Street, Corner Railroad Drive, Port Area, Manila. The MOA signing was also attended by Capt. Marciano Jesus “Butch” Guevara.
