These efforts reflect the companyโs belief that responsibility extends beyond the workplace, enabling meaningful contributions to community development in a responsible and impactful way.
The PCGA is a civilian volunteer organization that operates under the supervision of the Philippine Coast Guard. Established in 1972, it was formally organized to promote safety of life and property at sea, as well as to assist in coastal and environmental protection initiatives. Over the years, it has evolved into a structured organization composed of trained volunteers from various professional backgrounds who dedicate their time and expertise in support of national maritime efforts.
At the helm of this initiative is President & Chairman Azanza Jr., who currently serves as Chief of Staff of the 108th Squadron, Coast Guard Auxiliary District National Capital Region-Central Luzon (CGADNCR-CL). His leadership has inspired strong participation from within the organization, particularly among employees who have taken on active roles in the Auxiliary.
