NMS served as the Independent Certification Engineer (ICE) for the construction of acceleration and deceleration lanes for the Shell Fuel Station at Km. 77 at the northbound lanes of NLEX.
It is the last pit stop along NLEX for northbound travelers.
As ICE, NMS was responsible for the review of shop drawings, Contractor’s billing, materials delivery, construction schedule, work progress, as-built drawings and other pertinent documents assigned by the client in relation to construction completion.
The project is now completed and will soon be available to the northbound motoring public.
