This project will serve as a significant road link to the following: 1. Eastern part of Bulacan going to Metro Manila. 2. Eastern part of Bulacan going to the western side via the Ciudad de Victoria area and vice versa. 3. Alternate route of southbound vehicles from the expressway going to the eastern side of Bulacan and the western side via the Ciudad de Victoria area.
