Engaged as Consultant by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) in cooperation with Norconsult AS.
The project was implemented in cooperation between DILG and the Land Bank of the Philippines, with external financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Nordic Development Fund (NDF).
