NMS was engaged by the Client to provide Independent Certification Engineer (ICE) services for the construction of the acceleration/deceleration lanes for their fuel station and commercial complex at NLEX Km. 58 Southbound, San Simon, Pampanga.
As ICE, NMS is responsible for the review of shop drawings, Contractor’s billing, materials delivery, construction schedule, work progress, design reports, as-built drawings and other pertinent documents that the client may assign relative to construction completion. The role of the ICE is to ensure that the construction of the lanes is in accordance with the design and in compliance with national and international standards particularly on safety of the motoring public.
