NMS is engaged as Independent Certification Engineer (ICE) for NLEX 2024 Heavy Maintenance Program (HMP) covering a stretch of around six (6) kilometers between Bocaue to Tabang in both northbound and southbound directions. The HMP involves laying of asphalt overlays and deep patching of damaged pavement, among others.
NMS is responsible for quality control check, monitoring of construction progress and compliance and issuance of Certificate of Completion to be submitted to the Toll Regulatory Board (TRB). Cognizant of the hazard of prevailing high temperatures, extra precautionary measures were adopted to ensure the safety and well-being of personnel while conducting outdoor tasks.
