Removal and Construction of New Acceleration/Deceleration Lanes at Ciudad De Victoria (CdV) Project replaced the existing concrete pavement into quality road structure that will meet roadway standards and specifications as called for in the DPWH Blue Book, MNTC Special Provisions and Specifications, and other related references for expressways. In general, this project is part of the New Eight (8) Lane Toll Plaza at Philippine Arena which will significantly decrease traffic build-up to exiting vehicles at Bocaue Toll Plaza because it may provide choice to motorist heading to Sta. Maria to exit thru Philippine Arena. The project will also provide convenience to INK members and other guests with official business at Philippine Arena.
