The Sto. Tomas Interchange Project is a collaborative initiative between NLEX Corporation, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and the Toll Regulatory Board (TRB). The primary objective of the Project is to provide direct access to Santo Tomas, Pampanga and its neighboring towns to mitigate the traffic congestion in San Fernando City.
The interchange includes roads and bridges and is slated for completion before the year ends. NMS’s involvement is design review and certification engineer to ensure that the construction is in accordance with the design and that it conforms to local and international standards.
